Relevance Discovery Workbooks

Privacy and data use

These notes explain, in plain language, what happens to the information you provide in a Relevance Discovery Workbook.

What we collect

Only what you enter into the workbook: your contact details, your written responses, and any documents you choose to attach. We do not track you across other websites and we do not sell or share your information.

How your responses are stored

Responses are stored in a private database and attachments are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. Access is limited to authorized Relevance Impact team members, who retrieve files through short-lived, expiring links.

How we use your responses

Your workbook informs your website strategy, content, and design direction. We may reference it during our engagement conversations with you. We do not publish anything from your workbook without your explicit approval.

Saving and resuming

If you save and exit, we email a secure link plus a six-digit verification code. Both are required to reopen your workbook. Links expire, codes expire sooner, and repeated incorrect attempts invalidate the code.

Retention

Unfinished workbooks are removed automatically after 90 days of inactivity. Submitted workbooks are retained for 24 months to support your engagement, then removed. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

What not to include

Please do not enter confidential, classified, proprietary, regulated, or employer-restricted information. Share only what you are authorized and comfortable to share, and describe sensitive work in general terms.

Your choices

You may skip any question, correct your responses before submitting, or ask us to delete your workbook. To make a request, reply to your confirmation receipt or contact your Relevance Impact representative.
